The technical solutions employed for the performance of the structure of the “GREEN COURT BUCHAREST” office buildings, located at 4 Gara Herăstrău street in Bucharest (2nd district), were innovating solutions, being also imposed1Z0-605 by the dimension and complexity of the project. Vertically, the building consists of three basements, ground floor and twelve floors, the last floor being deemed to serve technical purposes. The total over-ground height is of around 54.15 metres. This project has approached state-of-the-art technological and design solutions at national level, the most important thereof being the following: – precinct performed of buried diaphragm wall of a 60-cm thickness supported by means of a row of post-tensioned anchors; – implementation of the BIM and of the “Safety by Design” systems. Furthermore, a series of emergent products on the Romanian construction market have been adopted, such as: – mechanical devices aimed at ensuring rebar continuity; – special mandrels made of high resistance stainless steel, specific for the take-over of differential settlements between the building units; – performance of steel coupling beams of a height of up to 2.5 out of 40 mm thick steel sheets etc.
